It is no longer news about what happened to XC since Wednesday 18/09/2019. Most  iptv providers (5000+)  have been working hard to migrate their systems. All old users with devices such as Enigma 2, or the smart iptv apps will continue to work. Enigma 2 users will have to ensure they are using our latest Xtream TV file for their device. Smart iptv apps users will be at your own risk because your device will continue to struggle to handle our large playlist and any updates to the server will affect your stream.  We advice you to get a decent android box or Amazon Firestick/ TV ahead if you wish to enjoy or  continue with our service. For those of you using the Smart IPTV apps if you are unable to view your channels , always state the exact nature of the problem and if possible send a screen shot of your SMART IPTV mac address , name and model of your device , send an email with your order number and M3U URL emailed to you when your order was processed. We have recently updated and upgraded to  a new server so it might mean that we need to update your sub to your TV mac address for it to resume working again. All these information are also on our forum where you can get quick help. 

(Please also note your device running  the siptv apps must have the capacity (memory ram) to display the  current playlist which we have uploaded to your mac address and advice  that you use our Death star streams apps (works on android box and  firestick (at least 4k firestick) ) Version 3 is our latest so you can  download the newest one. )


2. Some of you report problems using a different email address from what we have, if we are unable to trace your account we will not reply. If reporting any problem from a different email address always state your order number and send details of order/ payment sent for your account.


3. Try to understand that we will attend to query on first in first out so don't bombard our email or use any insult / threats. Send an email and give enough details needed about your problem and account and we will resolve it


4. For all those using enigma device (Zgema boxes, Vu Solo boxes etc ) we only support XTREAM TV.  All XTREAM TV USERS whose device are not working are advised to get the latest Xtream File to add to their device.
